The call-out fee depends on distance and the time of day. We confirm the call-out fee and our estimated arrival time on the phone or WhatsApp before we leave, and nothing else is charged without your approval.

Often, but not always. A clicking sound can be a flat battery or a starter fault; a battery that keeps going flat usually points to the alternator or a drain. We test the battery, charging and starting systems together so you only replace what has failed.
Yes. Besides auto electrical work we do servicing, brakes, suspension, cooling, clutch and general mechanical repairs for all brands. Bigger jobs that need a hoist are done in a workshop – we arrange that for you.
